The Awards increase awareness of the diverse range of opportunities for women in retail, by shining the spotlight on role models and inspiring more women to consider a career in retail. This year’s awards programme draws on the theme “Reimagining Retail” and will focus on how innovation and technology are revolutionising the retail landscape.
Nominations are free and open to women at all stages of their career. Plus, new for 2018 is the Male Agent of Change category, awarded to a man supporting the advancement of women in the sector.
